An exercise of laughter to beat Corona

In this crisis we are all going through and the quarantine we responsibly have to commit to, there are some things that we can do to help ourselves and our families to spend our time de-stressing while having fun at the same time.
Laughter is therapeutic, they say!
Here are some simple steps that are usually used in group therapy to help calming nerves, de-stressing, and overall better, positive vibes around the household. 
1- Sit in a circle with your family
2- Ask for complete silence 
3- Ask for complete still sitting
4- Start neutral eye contact one person at a time
By this phase if you have small children they start giggling, immediately move the eye contact to them. 
5- Once the order is back in place start laughing while holding the eye contact to one person then move to the other
6- Repeat step 5 with a different person of the group until all members start laughing hysterically 
7- Enjoy the moment

Laughter is known to be contagious, the laughter starts by being a fake one and ends up being a real laugh, straight from the heart, it increases the dopamine, endorphin and serotonin hormones that are known to be the "happy hormones".
